Accounts & Finances
Ashby Sport is run by a small dedicated team of local volunteers in partnership with Ashby de la Zouch Town Council. All accounts and financial transactions are managed by Ashby de la Zouch Town Council and in accordance with public authorities, the accounts will be published annually on the Ashby Sport and Ashby de la Zouch Town Council website.
Membership
Ashby Sport is an alliance across multiple sports clubs in Ashby town and close surrounding area. The Ashby de la Zouch ward map shown here has been used to define the Ashby boundaries.
The organisers may permit other clubs as Associate Members outside of this boundary if 1) no alternative is available within the town or 2) if inclusion supports the purpose of the Ashby Sport initiative.
Ashby Sport also has Commercial Partners (small fee payable). Once again, providing criteria is met and inclusion supports the interest of the initiative, commercial partner applications will be considered at the discretion of the organisers.
