Ashby Croquet Club
Ashby Croquet Club is based within the sports grounds of Moira Miners’ Welfare Sports & Social Club.
Our main season runs from April to October, and membership is open to people of any age. We have around fifty members, and new recruits are always welcome. All members have the use of our equipment as well as access to coaching from our more experienced players.
For both formats of the game there are internal events and regional and national leagues and tournaments for those who wish to play competitively. These cater for all levels of player from beginner to expert.

Due to the latest national lockdown restrictions, which affect all outdoor sports amenities, our lawns are unfortunately closed for play until further notice.
Christmas Charity Collection For St Giles Hospice
Traditionally, we arrange a charity collection at our Christmas Dinner in lieu of exchanging Christmas cards. However, the meal at the Lakeside will unfortunately not be happening in December but we are hoping to meet there in the summer instead.
Rachel Is Ashby's Player Of The Year 2020
Rachel was presented (virtually, via Zoom) with our Player of the Year trophy at our recent online AGM after an overwhelming vote for her by the Committee.
